Had my hair cut and found a #balding patch, #shining & #smooth.

Remembered I had same issues #manyyears back then and I had a few patches bald rounds my head. Went to see #doctor and was told it’s
#Alopecia areata.
Was told by the doctor that it is a common #autoimmune disorder that often results in unpredictable #hairloss.

There is currently #nocure for alopecia areata, although there are some forms of treatment that can be suggested by doctors to help the hair re-grow more quickly.

The most common form of alopecia areata treatment is the use of #corticosteroids, powerful anti-inflammatory drugs that can suppress the #immunesystem.
These are most commonly administered through local injections, topical ointment application, or orally.

May 2019 new findings of the same issues and this time round decided to try on #shiruto since so many testimonies shared on FB that it helps #growhair too.

To my #surprise, my hair is now #growing healthily. The patch is smaller n no more smooth and shining feel 🙂.
